Let me introduce myself and my training methods. My name is Professor Golden. I am an Associate Professor of Psychology and have been teaching for over 20 years. I decided to study psychology because human begins are fascinating. I learned how people acquire new information, how motivation works, and how to change the world through education!

I started teaching online 15 yrs. ago when I took the entire psychology department online at the University of Hawaii. I first had to present scientific research to “prove” online learning was effective. I am very tech-savvy and love to use new technology to enhance our lives. When the covid lockdown started, I trained the other instructors for Oasis Learning San Diego so their classes could continue online. 

Yes, I am a trainer too. I have trained business professionals on many different platforms, from how to use software to how to sell solar. I've even trained dogs to become service animals. I have conducted scientific research that was published and presented at conferences all over the world. I’ve written my own textbook. I’ve written children’s books. I’ve taught people with brain damage (TBI program) and people with mental disorders. I've also taught English (EFL) to Chinese elementary students in China and tutored at-risk elementary youth in the U.S.  

With this vast amount of teaching and training experience, I've combined scientific methods with work experience to provide services to employers, employees, and individuals. As a former Human Resources manager and counselor in various settings, I connect well with most people so we can design a training/educational/on-boarding program that benefits everyone.

I like to use scientific surveys and metrics to drive our goals. I have several previously designed packages to show you. I can also deliver the material in person or online.
